| Exchanges All of our work is sold on an exchange only basis. Exchanges are made if item(s) are returned, undamaged, within 30 days of receipt. There will be an additional 15 day grace period for items purchased as gifts during the holiday season (Nov. 10th - Dec. 25th) |

| Repair Policy We include a no questions asked, lifetime warranty for repair, for the following products: Crochet Hooks - $10 shipping & handling charge applies Glass Knitting Needles - $12 shipping & handling charge applies (for each, or pair) Laying Tools - $10 shipping & handling charge applies Ink Pens - $10 shipping & handling charge applies Note: Repairs are done by reheating and fusing the glass, not by gluing. There may be minor cosmetic & length differences in repaired items from the original. |
